Auction #3

Auction #3 is another beautiful apron! This apron is perfect for a breast cancer survivor or supporter because it's pink and covered with the pink ribbon!

You can't tell from the picture here how precious this apron really is. It ties with cute ribbon and has a great pocket in the front. It's a longer, wider apron for full coverage.

This is a close up of the pocket. This material goes all across the bottom of the apron as well. The words along the top and bottom say:

The Pink Ribbon Sisterhood...supporting each other in the ultimate fight for life.

Auction #2

This auction is for the beautiful handmade bra-purse from Chicago walker Jillian! She made this super cute purse especially for us to auction off. 

Jillian made this purse out of a large bra she purchased, but never wore. :-) This would be a fantastic discussion starter for any of you fellow walkers out there! Not only is it cute and functional, but it could get you some donations as well!

This unique purse would be especially perfect for a Girls Night Out fundraising event!

This purse retails for $25. I will start the bidding at $10 with bid increases at $2. I hope we get at least the $25 that it's worth!!

Again, all proceeds will go to help the ATL Rack Pack meet our fundraising goal for the Atlanta 3-Day for the Cure.

Happy Birthday, Renee!

In honor of Renee's Birthday TODAY we are auctioning off one of the cutest items we have received so far, something that I know Renee would LOVE!

This darling apron is handmade and is absolutely gorgeous. The butterfly fabric is beautiful and looks fabulous with the teal fabric. Pictures can't do this apron justice.

Note: I decided to give you a better sense of this gorgeous apron that I'd take a picture. I'm in my work out clothes, but here it is!

Giveaway Time!

Renee and I have officially registered for the ATL 3-day for the Cure. (Thanks to the Resolve Incentive!) We will begin our auctions here soon, but we thought we'd kick things off with a good giveaway to get things moving!

A few weeks ago, I was approached by Just Tryin' about promoting their t-shirts. Charlie sent me these four t-shirts and I'm passing them off to you! (Ignore the wrinkles!)

The shirt on the left is a very soft, fitted woman's large. The material is thin and looks very comfortable!

The gray shirt is a standard medium. It is a very high quality t-shirt.

The other two pink shirts are ladies slightly fitted shirts. One is a medium and one is large.
Each of the Just Tryin' t-shirts retails for $20, with $10 going to the American Cancer Society. You can get one of these t-shirts absolutely free simply by entering this giveaway!

Our first shipment of auction items!

I was so thrilled yesterday when I came home to a small box of auction items! I was so excited when my 3-day for the Cure Twitter buddy Faren messaged me and said she had some auction items for us. I didn't know what to expect, but I was overwhelm with excitement when I received the package.

All of the items in this box were handmade and are absolutely beautiful. This is just a glimpse of the items; you will see them in more detail when they are ready to be put up for auction in March!

Here is a picture of all of them items laid out on our guest bed. 

On the far left this is a beautiful ivory scarf with a forest green pocket. Directly to the right of the scarf is a beautiful and sparkly pink and white bracelet. Both made with love by Faren.

The blue knit purse is above the bracelet. It is perfect for a little girl and has beautiful, colorful trim!

In the center is a gorgeous apron. It ties around your waist and has cute pockets on the sides. The trim is pretty butterfly material. Next to that apron is another one in a pink and breast cancer theme! The trim has pink ribbons and girlfriends having fun.

Finally, the far right is a beautiful, handmade purse. The purse has a long handle and is lighter than it looks in the picture. It has pretty sequins and butterfly fabric in the center.

I adore the purse and aprons so much that I might just bid on them myself!! Remember to check back often, these items (and others!) will be available soon!
